Job Description :• Candidate should have 10-12 years experiance in Industrial Constructions Project site and fields • Planning of day workand review daily progress report & inform to seniors. • Check the Shuttering & Reinforcement according to structural and architectural drawing before commencement of concreting work. • Timely arrangement of the material, Manpower &equipment needed for the work. • Changes are recorded on drawings with actual dimensions required, before preparing as built drawings. • Plan and Executethe RCC Structures and finishing works of the buildings and also infrastructure development work inside the work site. • Estimating quantities and cost of materials, equipment of labour to determine the feasibility of Project. • Co-ordinate with staff, Billing Engineer & fulfilltheir requirements. • Co-Ordinate with consultant and architectures, client. • Co-ordination with site Project Manager to resolve the onsite technical issue. • Verify the quantity of required construction material, its availability and immediately inform procurement department. • Ensure the work done at site as per QA & QC policy and ensure HSE policy to be implement as guided.
Job Responsibilities -• Assisting the site work force in their day to day scope of work. • Supervise & provide necessary guidance to workers at site. • Able to prepare all drawings and work methodology for site work team to execute the work according to the latest approved revision of drawings or as per the instructions of authorized authorities. • Layout and mark out, Checking of RCC work, UCR, Bricks Works, and Concrete Work. • All other activities of site engineering. • Preparation of Labour Contractor Bills monthly. • Labour& Sub-Contractor payment. • Ensuring the Safety and Quality work at site.

Job Description :• Candidate should have 6 to 8 years in industrial construction field. • Preparation & Certification of Monthly Client & Sub-Contractors bill as per execution of work. • Timely submission of quantity Amendment to client as per work progress. • Timely preparation & Submission of Extra item as per BOQ to client. • Preparation of client and contractors bill in our ERP system. • Planning and Execution of the work as per drawing. Planning for materials and manpower for timely execution of work. • Review drawings before execution of work and inform the managers if any difficulties in drawing or site. • Preparation of bar bending schedule for client and contractors. • Overall supervision for managing construction activities carried out by contractors, ensuring the scope of work is achieved in accordance with contract requirement and time frame and compliance with specifications and standards established. • Prepare the daily progress report (DPR) & forward to planning department. • Coordination with materials department for consumables procurement activities, and monitoring / expediting the timely delivery of materials. • Preparation of AS BUILT drawings with all variations made during works, giving the superior all data handover these to clients.
Job Responsibilities -• Responsible for final material reconciliation with clients and return the surplus materials back to them if supplied by them. • Liaising with client representatives including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of projects. • Work closely with finance department for the follow up of cement or steel supply at site and RMC plant. • Handling day-to-day progress of work in co-ordination with seniors. • Monitoring quality control activities, imparting training to the subordinate staff for increasing their effectiveness at different stages of work. • Supervising the scope of construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordinating with the site management activities. • Ensuring that material received is in accordance with the quantity & quality. • Ensure daily updating and maintaining Project history along with Rainfall record. • Ensuring the Safety and Quality work at site.
3. Store Keeper

Job Description :• Candidate should have 6 to 7 years experiance in indutrial construction field. • Maintain Day to day store records. • Material inspection by concerned engineer. • Material GRN (Goods Receipt Note) • Material issue indent posting. • Ensuring documentation according to ISO norms. • Floating enquiry to vendor to get the quotation. • Preparing comparative statement incorporating all terms and conditions. • Material issue registers DTR (Daily Tool Register) & PTR (Personal Tools Register) mentioned. • Maintaining & monitoring materials status in SAP/ERP. • Weekly spot material checking. • Preparation of Debit Note on Monthly basis + Cumulative basis & send to Head Office.
Job Responsibilities -• Monthly physical stock verification for reconciliation of material. • Receipt of incoming material according to indent. • Responsible for keeping Inward register, outward register and stock register. • Coordination with QCE for incoming material inspection. • Preparation of stock statement. • Implementations of store procedures. • To maintain the optimum stock levels of frequently used material (Spares, Diesel/ Petrol, stationary, steel, cement). • Maintain reports of the material supply status, Ensure regular Follow-up with vendors and ensure timely. • To process the material indent requests from various department including plant & machinery, PM Administration & Safety department, and ensure the appropriate approval from PM. • Maintain proper housekeeping of store. • Maintain monthly stock report.
4. Safety Officer

Job Description :•Experience- More than 6 to 10 years •Developing HSE management system including HSE plan in line with client requirement. •Maintain daily, weekly & monthly safety reports and send to Project Manager& Head Office. • Taking daily physical attendance on each contractor labours. • Safety inductions for new labours with valid Government ID & Address Proof. • Implementation of safety rules and regulation. • Conduct internal safety trainings, toolbox, taking, conducting internal HSE audits, conduct the emergency mock drills and maintain the necessary safety related reports and record, Ensure the site security system& PTW system etc. • Providing fire and safety training and safety induction to all management and contract persons & issue the Gate Pass. • Monitoring all process areas during maintenance work. • Monitoring PPF’s & arranging for labours at site. • Celebrating National Safety Week, Fire service week and world environment day with various safety promotional activities. And award distribution for winners as well as participants.
Job Responsibilities -• Effective communication skills and problem solving. • Safety Documentation and preparing, updating checklist, safety records, First aid Etc. • Follow the work permit system at site like General work permit, hot work permit and other work permits. • Maintain First aid room, and should have all first aid equipments in • Site checklist should be followed strictly like DG machine, Constructions Vehicles, RMC Plant and others. • Ensure & maintain first aid box fully equipped with basic medicines at all the time.
5. Tendering and Estimation

Job Responsibilities -• Preparation of Test formals and test record as per the requirement. Preparing concrete mix designs for carious grades • Conducting laboratory testing as well as field testing on material and completed work as per specification and frequency. • Responsible for pre-pour and post pour inspections for construction of RCC work and other civil works like brick work, plaster and other misc, finishing works of the buildings and storm water drainage, STP (Sewage Treatment Plant), Rain water harvesting & Parking podium. • Coordinate with quality inspections with all the site sub contractors and vendors coordinate all non destructive testing on site. • Assure all technical documents relative to site quality control are current status.
